Bajigame Terms and Conditions – Rules That Protect You and Us Both

Welcome to Bajigame. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and Bajigame ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), which operates bajigame.click. By accessing this website, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation.

Bajigame accepts deposits exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All transactions on the platform are denominated in PKR and there are no currency conversions applied at any stage of the deposit process. The following payment methods are accepted for deposits on Bajigame:

Deposits must be made from a payment account or card that is registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts – meaning any account or card that belongs to another person – will result in the deposit being refunded and the player's account being flagged for review. Any winnings generated through prohibited conduct will be voided and forfeited regardless of how they were accumulated. Bajigame will cooperate with law enforcement agencies in cases involving fraud, money laundering, or identity theft. Players found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may be reported to the relevant authorities.

Bajigame reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time where there is a reasonable basis to believe that these Terms have been violated, that the account is being used for fraudulent or illegal purposes, or that the player poses a risk management concern.

Where a player's account is suspended pending investigation, Bajigame will make reasonable efforts to complete its review within seven business days and to communicate the outcome to the player. If the investigation concludes that no breach has occurred, the account will be reinstated and any affected transactions will be processed.

Voluntary closures requested for responsible gaming reasons can be processed as self-exclusion, which prevents the player from registering a new account during the exclusion period.
